Refund policy

The items we supply are fragile and not easy to package and send safely, so we do ask that you try to be as certain as possible that what you are buying is exactly what you need. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations (2000), The Buyer is entitled to 14 days from receipt of goods during which they may return unwanted goods to the Company. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, the original outgoing carriage costs are non-refundable, and return carriage costs must be paid by the Buyer. Where Buyers wish to exercise this right, the Buyer must inform the Company in writing of their intention within the stated time period. The Company will exchange or refund the value of the returned goods less the 20% restocking fee so long as they are:

a) packaged in their original packaging,
b) in the exact condition supplied and
c) resaleable.

Any monies due in refund will be repaid as soon as practicable following the safe return of goods in accordance with the conditions above, and in any case within 14 days of their return.

Please note: Special order or customised items (e.g. with additional tapholes added, special colour orders, custom sized or otherwise modified to the Buyer’s specifications) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

The Company will not be responsible for any damage or loss arising during the return transit of the goods. It is the Buyer's responsibility to take all due care to ensure that the goods are protectively packaged.

If your return is accepted, we’ll contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours in the unlikely event an item is found to be defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Please read our Quality & Craftsmanship guidelines here

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, namely custom products made to special order. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refund payments
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
